See your current allowances and find help when you need a higher limit.
Check your allowance
Citation is free with usage limits. Open Usage in settings to see the current allowances and recorded usage for your account. Use the values shown there rather than assuming every account has the same allowance.
When you reach a limit
Read the message for the action that reached its allowance. Different actions can have different limits, including storage, sources, assistant use, and checks. If the message includes a reset time, use that to decide when to try again.
For an upload that remains in progress, check its status before starting another copy. Reserved upload storage can appear separately from completed uploads.
Request more capacity
Use Contact us from the usage or free access settings to explain what you need. Requests for higher limits are reviewed manually.
