Import reference files or refresh a Paperpile bibliography feed

Overview

Import a BibTeX or RIS file, or use an existing Paperpile bibliography download link when feed access is configured. Each refresh gives you a snapshot to review before saving selected references.

How to get started

Connect an existing Paperpile BibTeX download link, or import a BibTeX or RIS file. In Paperpile, the download link is available in the BibTeX export workflow.

Open integration settings and choose Paperpile. Review the available actions and any setup guidance. Imports are previewed before you save selected references or a new draft.

Availability

Use file exchange through integration settings. Feed access requires secure storage and your authorized Paperpile download link. A live feed connection has not been verified.

What to expect

This connection reads a bibliography snapshot when you connect or refresh it. Existing Citation references are not updated or deleted automatically. No account browsing or writes to Paperpile are included.
